1. Notice at Collection for California Residents

This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It describes the categories of personal information we collect about California residents and the purposes for which we use that information.

2. Categories of Personal Information Collected

• Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, account ID, IP address
• Professional Information: Resume content, job history, education, skills, certifications
• Audio/Visual Data: Voice recordings, video recordings, transcripts of interview sessions
• Biometric Information: Voice patterns, facial geometry (for liveness verification and behavioral analysis)
• Internet Activity: Browsing history on our platform, search queries, interaction data, device information
• Geolocation: Approximate location derived from IP address
• Commercial Information: Subscription plan, payment history, credit usage
• Inferences: AI-generated performance scores, skill assessments, coaching recommendations

3. Business Purposes for Collection

• Providing the interview practice and recruitment Service
• Processing and fulfilling subscription purchases
• Generating AI-powered interview feedback and performance scores
• Improving and developing our AI models and Service features (with opt-in consent)
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Sources of Personal Information

• Directly from you when you create an account, upload a resume, or conduct an interview
• Automatically through cookies, analytics tools, and platform usage
• From third-party authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, X) when you use social sign-in
• From your employer or recruiting organization if you are invited as a candidate through a B2B link

5. Sharing and Disclosure

Vocaid does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information with service providers who process data on our behalf, and with B2B organizations when candidates are invited through organizational interview links (as disclosed before the interview).

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you wish to exercise your right to opt out of any future sale or sharing, or to request information about our data practices, please contact us at support@vocaid.ai.

7. Your CCPA Rights

• Right to Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: Limit the use of sensitive personal information (including biometric data) to purposes necessary for the Service

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at support@vocaid.ai. We will verify your identity by confirming your email address associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization.

9. Sensitive Personal Information

We collect the following categories of sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA: biometric information (voice patterns, facial geometry) and precise geolocation. This information is used only for the purposes of providing the Service and is not used for profiling purposes beyond what is necessary for interview feedback.

You may limit the use of your sensitive personal information by contacting us at support@vocaid.ai or by declining video recording consent before each interview session.

10. Уведомление о технологии автоматизированного принятия решений (ADMT)

В соответствии с нормативными актами Закона Калифорнии о правах на конфиденциальность (CPRA) о технологии автоматизированного принятия решений (ADMT), Vocaid предоставляет следующее предварительное уведомление об использовании нами автоматизированной обработки, которая может существенно повлиять на вас.

Vocaid использует системы на основе ИИ для генерации оценок собеседований, оценок эффективности и оценок кандидатов. Эти системы являются ADMT в соответствии с калифорнийским законодательством, когда они используются работодателями (развёртывателями B2B) для принятия или существенного обоснования значимых решений о потребителях, включая решения, связанные с трудоустройством.

• Цель ADMT: Наши системы ИИ оценивают эффективность собеседования по нескольким параметрам (ясность коммуникации, технические знания, решение проблем, релевантность, глубина) для генерации рекомендательных оценок для команд по найму
• Как работает ADMT: Модели ИИ анализируют устные ответы (посредством преобразования речи в текст), видеосигналы поведения (зрительный контакт, осанка) и содержание резюме относительно требований вакансии для создания вероятностных оценок
• Право на отказ: Вы имеете право отказаться от профилирования на основе ADMT, которое создаёт юридические или аналогичные значимые последствия. Для осуществления этого права свяжитесь с нами по адресу support@vocaid.ai или воспользуйтесь Центром конфиденциальности в настройках вашего аккаунта
• Право на доступ: Вы имеете право на доступ к информации о логике обработки ADMT и описание вероятного результата такой обработки в отношении вас
• Человеческий контроль: Все оценки, сгенерированные ADMT, носят исключительно рекомендательный характер. Работодатели, использующие нашу платформу, обязаны применять человеческое суждение ко всем решениям о трудоустройстве. Ни одно решение о найме, повышении, увольнении или ином трудоустройстве не должно основываться исключительно на результатах ADMT

Требование об уведомлении ADMT полностью вступает в силу 1 января 2027 года. Vocaid предоставляет это уведомление заблаговременно для обеспечения прозрачности и готовности к соответствию.

11. Оценки рисков конфиденциальности

В соответствии с CPRA предприятия обязаны проводить оценки рисков перед осуществлением обработки, представляющей значительный риск для конфиденциальности потребителей. Vocaid проводит следующие оценки рисков:

• Обработка конфиденциальной персональной информации (биометрические данные, включая голосовые паттерны и геометрию лица)
• Использование технологии автоматизированного принятия решений на основе ИИ для оценок, связанных с трудоустройством
• Обработка персональной информации несовершеннолетних (наш Сервис требует, чтобы пользователям было 18+, и мы реализуем верификацию возраста)

Оценки рисков пересматриваются и обновляются ежегодно или при внесении существенных изменений в наши практики обработки данных. Записи оценок хранятся не менее пяти лет и доступны Калифорнийскому агентству по защите конфиденциальности по запросу.
